  1. How do I schedule an estimate/consultation?
  2. Is it true you offer a $100 discount if you are late to the estimate (one of the best painting FAQs)?
    • Absolutely! Your time is important and we believe in being punctual. We show up when we say we will.
  3. What areas do you service for painting beside Colorado Springs?
    • We cover a 25-mile radius around Colorado Springs.
      • We offer painting services to the following communities: Monument, Black Forest, Falcon, Fountain, Woodland Park, & Divide.
      • We do travel further for special projects.
  4. What forms of payment do you take for projects?
    • We accept checks and all major credit cards.
  5. Do you require down payments? If so, when are the installment/s due?
    • Yes, we require a 30% down payment due one week before the scheduled start date. And the remaining balance due at the completion of the project.
  6. Do you offer any discounts for paint projects?
    • At this time, we do offer discounts for Military (Active & Veterans), First Responders, and Teachers. We will ask for a valid ID at the time of the estimate.
  7. What is the typical cost to paint an interior room in Colorado Springs?
    • An average price range to paint an interior room is$265-$650.
    • A few things to consider that will influence price: Will baseboards, ceilings, doors, trim, wainscoting be painted? As well as the type of paint being applied. Each item factors into the price per room.
  8. What products do you typically use?
    • We mainly use Sherwin-Williams paints. We price our work to account for quality paint. We believe that an exceptional paint project starts with the quality of the products we use.  Every product has it’s specific use and we try to use the best possible products for each project.   9. Do you offer any warranties on your residential painting services?
    • We do! We offer different warranties depending on the project. We offer a labor warranty against failing coatings. We also offer free touch-ups once a year for one hour around the anniversary of your project completion.
    • Exterior Painting: We offer a Two Year Labor Warranty and a Two Year Touch-Up.
    • Interior Painting: We offer a Five Year Labor Warranty and a Five Year Touch-Up.
  10. Do you use employees or subcontractors to perform the work?
    • We strictly use employees for all of our painting work. We believe in the employee model and the importance of taking care of our workers. We also feel that this method holds our people accountable and have a consistent way to improve and manage our process.
