Total Transformation of Porsche Warehouse – Commercial Painting

Porsche of Colorado Springs purchased a new shared space for their power sports operation and automotive. When they bought the building, it hadn’t been maintained in 20 years. As you can imagine, this left the facility dirty, smelly, and in desperate need of help.

At Wright Prime and Paint, we believe in doing the job right, the first time around. That’s why we took the extra step to clean every inch of this facility. We spend hours upon hours cleaning, scrubbing, and sanding. By taking the extra step and time out to do this, we knew the paint would last for a really long time and be able to stand up to a functioning auto mechanic shop.

One of our favorite aspects of this project was the transformation of the ceiling. It was extremely dirty and not up to standard. After cleaning it, we gave it a coat of bright white paint, making it pop and giving a more inviting feel to the room. It is a complete 180 from before.

Outside, we took the plain concrete walls and gave them a bold look with the classic Porsche black. However, with the harsh Colorado environment, we took extra precautions to make sure their exterior paint holds up for years to come. In order to prevent fading from sun exposure and extreme weather, we put a primer coat on, as well as extra coatings of paint. With our attention to detail and quality paint, they now have a facility that looks great and will stay that way for years ahead.
